The Movers & Shakers of the world have long realized just how powerful it can be to have your mind working with you, using hypnosis.

Princess Diana famously used hypnosis to improve her public speaking, as well as to increase her confidence.
Sigmund Freud, the Father of Modern Psychotherapy, was formerly a practicing hypnotist. However, his dentures kept falling out, so he left the practice to create Psychotherapy.


Albert Einstein had hypnosis sessions every afternoon. His theory of relativity, one of the defining theories of the modern age, came to him during one of these sessions.
Thomas Edison famously used self-hypnosis and trance to increase his creativity. ATHLETES WHO USED HYPNOSIS:
After being defeated by Ken Norton (who used hypnosis) in 1973, Muhammed Ali began hypnosis to improve his boxing as well. Ali is still widely known as the best boxer in history.
Boxer Kevin McBride used hypnosis to improve his mental game, and it helped him beat one of the best boxers in the world: Mike Tyson, who was only defeated six times in his entire career.
Tiger Woods famously uses hypnosis to help him push himself to the limits. It helps him not only shut out distractions and get in the zone, but also to visualize his success – and make it happen.
Steve Hooker, the Australian Olympic Gold Medalist Pole Vaulter, struggled with fears, frustration, and mental exhaustion that had him on the brink of quitting entirely. Hypnosis has gone on to the Olympics countless times since the Games began. In 1956, the Russian Olympic team took no less than ELEVEN Hypnotists with them to the games. It’s been used by almost all major Olympic teams, including the Swiss and US teams.
Bruce Willis, actor of Die Hard fame, likely wouldn’t have become a famous actor if hypnosis hadn’t help him overcome his stuttering.
